Me Da' was more than steel and sinew. he had a partial for learnin' alls what came within his grasp.
I be no sluggard in this regard and have me a fine library I say true. It holds ALL of Father Tolkiens books and his spawns as well. Great Christopher did us a mighty turn he did and I have them all. (Ye might wish to know a new one be a bornin' from his quill as I write this, though I know not the title).
Hrmmph. I just wished to say if ye be needin' research on a topic some time, perchance I could help.

It's been awhile since i've read the actualy LOTR books myself. I love the Hobbit though, mostly because of it's dwarf content, and I like to keep a copy of the silmarilion around. As far as lore is concerned have you ever seen a copy of 'Tolkien for Dummies?' , just one of those 'For Dummies' books but it was very very informative. Especially it's section on dwarves.
